The successful boys’ football teams in Years 8, 9 and 10 have each scored victories in the Cup Final matches of the Swansea Schools’ Football Competition. In high quality matches the players performed well and achieved resounding victories of 5-0, 5-1 and 6-1 respectively.
Head of Sport and team coach Mr Davies said: “The players have been fantastic all season and despite having some difficult situations in some games they have always stuck to a game plan where passing the ball and maintaining possession is paramount. With the right attitude and effort at the heart of what we want to see from our pupils they have gone on to be able to perform the way we know they truly can and this has resulted in a high level of technical and tactical skill. I cant speak highly enough of the way they conduct themselves and I really am very proud of what they have achieved.”
