The school uses an intuitive and easy to use online appointment booking system for Parents' Evenings. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

All Parents' Evenings are conducted online, with e exception of Year 7 and Year 11 (which take place in-person at the school).

Login codes to access the School Cloud website will be sent via email a week before the Parents' Evenings.

 

Go to https://bishopvaughan.schoolcloud.co.uk to book your appointments. This website will also be used to conduct the online video appointments. A short guide on how to add appointments is shown below plus a video demonstration on how to attend the appointments.
